CrossFit Teens is a class for kids ages 10-15.The class is tailored to their needs, which are different from adults. Our class starts at 7:15 Pm, Mondays and Thursdays. We start with a warm up and mobility session, we focus more on metabolic conditioning with some weighlifting. One of our priorities is to teach them about team work, sharing and helping each other.
